Daphnopsis megacarpa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Thymelaeaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Meksiko (Veracruz). Nama ilmiah Daphnopsis megacarpa pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1986.
