Daphnopsis tuerckheimiana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Thymelaeaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Veracruz, Chiapas), hingga Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Daphnopsis tuerckheimiana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Donnell Smith pada tahun 1891.
