Dasiphora parvifolia merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Asia tengah hingga Siberia dan China utara dan barat. Nama ilmiah Dasiphora parvifolia diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Friedrich Ernst Ludwig von Fischer pada tahun 1941.
