Dasyphyllum flagellare merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Brazil. Nama ilmiah Dasyphyllum flagellare pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Giovanni Casaretto pada tahun 1959.
