Davallia repens merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel di pohon lain (epifit) atau di bebatuan (litofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah kawasan tropis dan subtropis Afrika, Eropa dan Asia. Nama ilmiah Davallia repens diperkenalkan oleh Carl Linnaeus the Younger pada tahun 1867.
