Delosperma alpinum merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Aizoaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah Provinsi Cape selatan (Cathcart).
