Delosperma alticola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Aizoaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah KwaZulu-Natal. Nama ilmiah Delosperma alticola diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Harriet Margaret Louisa Bolus (née Kensit) pada tahun 1933.
