Delosperma heidihartmanniae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Aizoaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Kenya. Nama ilmiah Delosperma heidihartmanniae pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2018.
