Delphinium cooperi merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Ranunculaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Bhutan. Nama ilmiah Delphinium cooperi diperkenalkan oleh Philip Alexander Munz pada tahun 1968.
