Delphinium patens subsp. hepaticoideum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Ranunculaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Nikaragua, Venezuela (Táchira dan Zulia), hingga Peru. Nama ilmiah Delphinium patens subsp. hepaticoideum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Joseph Ewan pada tahun 1945.
