Dendrobium amethystoglossum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel pada batang pohon lain (epifit) dan membentuk bonggol menyerupai umbi lapis (pseudobulbous). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Filipina (Luzon utara). Nama ilmiah Dendrobium amethystoglossum diperkenalkan oleh Heinrich Gustav Reichenbach pada tahun 1872.
