Dendrocnide elliptica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kalimantan hingga Filipina. Nama ilmiah Dendrocnide elliptica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Elmer Drew Merrill pada tahun 1965.
