Dendropanax arboreus merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Araliaceae (suku mangkok-mangkokan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Karibia. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan angelica tree. Nama ilmiah Dendropanax arboreus diperkenalkan oleh Joseph Decaisne pada tahun 1854.
