Dendrotrophe platyphylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Santalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Nepal hingga China (Yunnan barat laut) dan Indo-China. Nama ilmiah Dendrotrophe platyphylla diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Curt Polycarp Joachim Sprengel pada tahun 2003.
