Denhamia parvifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Celastraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Queensland tenggara. Nama ilmiah Denhamia parvifolia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Lindsay Stewart Smith pada tahun 1956.
