Desmidorchis foetida adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kenya hingga Uganda utara. Nama ilmiah Desmidorchis foetida diperkenalkan oleh Eileen Adelaide Bruce pada tahun 1995.
