Desmos zeylanicus merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Annonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Sri Lanka. Nama ilmiah Desmos zeylanicus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Joseph Dalton Hooker pada tahun 1912.
