Dianella caerulea merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Papua selatan hingga Australia Timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan cerulean flaxlily. Nama ilmiah Dianella caerulea diperkenalkan oleh John Sims pada tahun 1801.
