Dianthus elatus merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Nama ilmiah Dianthus elatus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alexander Andrejewitsch von Bunge pada tahun 1830.
