Dichapetalum rugosum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau liana dari famili Dichapetalaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menjalar. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kosta Rika hingga kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Dichapetalum rugosum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Martin Vahl pada tahun 1968.
