Dichilus gracilis merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan) yang hidup menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Afrika Selatan. Nama ilmiah Dichilus gracilis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christian Friedrich Ecklon pada tahun 1836.
