Dichoropetalum chryseum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kepulauan Aegea timur hingga Türkiye. Nama ilmiah Dichoropetalum chryseum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 2007.
