Dicliptera clinopodia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau semak dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menjalar. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Afrika Selatan dan kawasan tropis Afrika bagian selatan. Nama ilmiah Dicliptera clinopodia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christian Gottfried Daniel Nees von Esenbeck pada tahun 1847.
