Dicranopygium dolichostemon adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Cyclanthaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia (Antioquia). Nama ilmiah Dicranopygium dolichostemon pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gunnar Wilhelm Harling pada tahun 1958.
