Dicymbe fraterna adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Venezuela tenggara hingga Suriname dan Brazil (Roraima). Nama ilmiah Dicymbe fraterna diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Richard Sumner Cowan pada tahun 1957.
