Dieteria canescens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Kanada bagian barat dan tengah hingga Meksiko utara. Nama ilmiah Dieteria canescens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Frederick Traugott Pursh pada tahun 1840.
