Dilatris ixioides adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Haemodoraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Dilatris ixioides diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jean-Baptiste Lamarck pada tahun 1786.
