Dioscorea entomophila Hauman

Dioscorea entomophila merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Dioscoreaceae yang memiliki kebiasaan membentuk umbi di bawah tanah (geofit) dan berpola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Argentina (Tucumán). Nama ilmiah Dioscorea entomophila pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Lucien Leon Hauman pada tahun 1916.
