Dioscorea glauca merupakan tumbuhan merambat dari famili Dioscoreaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol di pangkal batang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Peru hingga Bolivia. Nama ilmiah Dioscorea glauca diperkenalkan oleh Henry Hurd Rusby pada tahun 1907.
