Dioscorea therezopolensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Dioscoreaceae yang memiliki kebiasaan membentuk umbi di bawah tanah (geofit) dan berpola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Rio de Janeiro). Nama ilmiah Dioscorea therezopolensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edwin Burton Uline pada tahun 1917.
