Dioscorea truncata Miq.

Dioscorea truncata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Dioscoreaceae yang memiliki kebiasaan membentuk umbi di bawah tanah (geofit) dan berpola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Suriname. Nama ilmiah Dioscorea truncata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Friedrich Anton Wilhelm Miquel pada tahun 1844.
