Diosma fallax adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Rutaceae (suku jeruk-jerukan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Diosma fallax diperkenalkan oleh Ion James Muirhead Williams pada tahun 1982.
