Diospyros atrata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Ebenaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Sri Lanka (Kandy Distr.). Nama ilmiah Diospyros atrata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Henry Kendrick Thwaites pada tahun 1931.
