Diospyros urep adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Ebenaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Peru utara. Nama ilmiah Diospyros urep pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Bruno Wallnöfer pada tahun 1999.
