Diplacus brevipes merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Phrymaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari California hingga Meksiko (Baja California Norte). Nama ilmiah Diplacus brevipes diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Bentham pada tahun 2012.
