Diplacus brevipes adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Phrymaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari California hingga Meksiko (Baja California Norte). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan widethroat yellow monkeyflower. Nama ilmiah Diplacus brevipes pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Bentham pada tahun 2012.
