Diplazium leptochlamys adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Aspleniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Rio de Janeiro). Nama ilmiah Diplazium leptochlamys pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Antoine Laurent Apollinaire Fée pada tahun 1869.
