Disa obtusa subsp. hottentotica merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Disa obtusa subsp. hottentotica pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1981.
