Discocalyx mezii merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Filipina (Palawan), Kepulauan Caroline (Palau). Nama ilmiah Discocalyx mezii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Takahide Hosokawa pada tahun 1937.
