Diuris brevifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Australia Selatan. Nama ilmiah Diuris brevifolia diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Richard Sanders Rogers pada tahun 1922.
