Dodonaea hirsuta adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Sapindaceae (suku lerak-lerakan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Queensland tenggara hingga New South Wales timur laut. Nama ilmiah Dodonaea hirsuta diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Joseph Maiden pada tahun 1913.
