Dolichopsis monticola merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan) yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Minas Gerais). Nama ilmiah Dolichopsis monticola diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius pada tahun 1991.
