Dolichos kilimandscharicus subsp. parviflorus merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di kawasan tropis Afrika bagian timur. Nama ilmiah Dolichos kilimandscharicus subsp. parviflorus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Bernard Verdcourt pada tahun 1970.
