Dolichos pratensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menjalar. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Afrika Selatan. Nama ilmiah Dolichos pratensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ernst Heinrich Friedrich Meyer pada tahun 1894.
