Donnellsmithia guatemalensis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko selatan, Honduras, Kosta Rika, hingga Venezuela. Nama ilmiah Donnellsmithia guatemalensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Merle Coulter pada tahun 1890.
