Downingia elegans adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Campanulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kanada barat daya hingga California utara. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan elegant calicoflower. Nama ilmiah Downingia elegans pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis David Douglas pada tahun 1857.
