Drimys winteri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Winteraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Chili selatan hingga Argentina barat daya. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan winter's bark. Nama ilmiah Drimys winteri diperkenalkan oleh Johann Reinhold Forster pada tahun 1776.
