Drosera ascendens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Droseraceae yang tumbuh dalam bentuk perdu kecil atau semak. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Minas Gerais tengah). Nama ilmiah Drosera ascendens diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Augustin Saint-Hilaire pada tahun 1826.
