Drosera hilaris merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Droseraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Drosera hilaris diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Adelbert von Chamisso pada tahun 1826.
