Dryopteris napoleonis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah St. Helena. Nama ilmiah Dryopteris napoleonis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jean Baptiste Bory de Saint-Vincent pada tahun 1891.
